Missoni for Target

How many of you participated in the Missoni for Target collection that was released about 3 weeks back? I know I'm super late in posting about this popular event, but better late than never! Anyway, I went to the Target at Atlantic Station here in Atlanta around 11:00 am, right after I got out of my class.

When I arrived, there were several women running around to all the little Missoni "stations". I was a bit annoyed, because I thought that all of the Missoni merchandise would have its own little section, not scattered throughout the store! I thought there was still a good amount of merchandise available, maybe about 30%. Women's and office supplies were almost sold out, but there were still a lot of lingerie, socks/hosiery, plates and bowls, girl's, and toddler's clothing. I did also find 2-4 pieces of the pillows, throws, hats, hair clips/bands, and bedsheets.

All of these clothing items are from the girl's collection. I'm very petite, and as a bonus, I can frequently wear girl's clothing if I find them cute enough! I was especially lucky to grab the pair of flats, one of only two pairs left. Apparently, a girl's size 4 is equivalent to a women's size 6! I especially love the hoodie, the print is very pretty, and the colors are something new for me.

I loved these! I have a thing for dining sets, and just dream of having a funky and fun place setting for my dining area. (Which, may soon come true as I'm moving into my apartment this weekend!) I just love how the prints are different but still blend together. I wish I was able to buy some tumblers, but they were gone by the time I arrived.

The one thing I wish I could have gotten was this Missoni espresso set! How adorable is this?! Of course, I have found it nowhere except on eBay where assholes have ridiculously inflated the price and I'm not that desparate. Hopefully, I can find something similar.
